I love to see my little darlings pop out of the dirt and start this amazing & fulfilling process from field to fork.  I use good old fashioned organic dirt, organic and NON GMO seeds.  Each year I’m on the look out to try a heritage gem with some great history!  I love when I learned that these old and I mean old seed varieties have maintained vital nutrients that new genetically modified seeds have lost.
